Blog: Pool wins GOV 2.0 Innovator Award!

We are rapt to announce that the Pool community has
won a Gov 2.0 Innovator Award. The awards are an activity of the
Government 2.0 Taskforce - a Federal Government initiative working to make public data more open and accessible.
The Taskforce had this to say about Pool, "ABC Pool is a great example of a publicly-funded agency using Web 2.0 tools to revolutionise the way it does business."
Pool shares the award with
Mosman Municipal Council and
Craig Thomler (congrats!). The Gov 2.0 Innovators category included nominations for agencies, projects and individuals doing valuable work in the Gov 2.0 realm, and who have been champions for the Gov 2.0 cause.
