Project: The Dead Walk!
The undead are surfacing on Pool! We’ve teamed up with ABC News Online for the Brisbane Zombie Walk and are calling for photos, video and audio of the event or any other zombie-esque anecdotes.
Zombie walks have become relatively common in large cities and urban centres. They are essentially large, organised groups of people in zombie regalia lurching through streets, communicating in a manner consistent with zombie behaviour – namely grunting and groaning. Zombie walks are becoming annual traditions in some cities, though some are also spontaneous flash mob events.
The Brisbane Zombie Walk is on Sunday, October 25. ABC News Online will be uploading raw audio, video and photos from the event. You're free to use this content as a starting point for remixes and mash-ups. The best material will feature on a special page on ABC News Online.
What next?
1. Join The Dead Walk group here in Pool to share your undead energy, comment on others' contributions or chat in the forum.
2. Upload your media to the group by going to the group page and choosing any of the upload options listed on the right hand side.
