Project: Gene Pool
Gene Pool gets personal
Just like any decent gene pool vying to thrive, ours is taking an evolutionary twist.
Your Gene Pool: why are you...you?
For chapter II of Gene Pool, Pool's getting personal. We invite you to tell stories about your very own Gene Pool: how has yours shaped who you are, who your family is? Does it leave clues as to why you're you? Or make it all the more mysterious?
Contribute a story, a poem, a photo, a song, a documentary, or comment on others'. Make it as evolved or embryonic as you like. Look to the ABC open archives for inspiration
Sounds from the Gene Pool will air on All in the Mind on ABC Radio National on Sat 28th Nov 1.05pm, Mon 30th Nov 1.05pm, Tues 31st Nov 2.05am.
WHAT NEXT?
1. Join the Gene Pool group to follow what other people are creating & chat in the forum.
2. Upload your creation:
a) In part 2: 'classify your work' of the upload form click on 'Gene Pool' in the Projects section
b) In part 4: 'group your work' click on 'Gene Pool'. Then be sure to tick the tiny 'public' tick-box else your work won't display.
It could be an evolution-inspired story, a poem, a photo, a song, sounds, a doco or some video art. Make it as evolved or embryonic as you like.
